Ted has over 30 years experience at board director level including establishing and selling his own financial advice company. He has taken an SME from £1.5M to £10M revenue whilst transforming the internal recruitment, customer service and sales processes.
Ted is a hands-on leader with innovative ideas for motivating staff at all levels resulting in sustainable sales and company success; his non-confrontational, listening style enables him to develop the skills in others.
A Fellow of the Institute of Sales Management, critical listening, communication and strategic planning allied with attention to detail, mentoring and possessing a forensic questioning mindset are some of the key skills that he has learnt and developed over his working life.
Ted lives with his wife in Berkshire and their two children live in London, he enjoys Golf, socialising and watching Football, Rugby, Cricket and F1
